Forum 2025 kept all its promises!
The 22nd International Weather and Climate Forum brought together nearly 2,500 visitors, including 940 students from four school districts, and 130 speakers from 15 to 17 May 2025 at the Académie du Climat (Paris 4th arrondissement). Supported by the City of Paris, the event brought together laboratories, associations, companies and cultural players for three days of discussions on climate, biodiversity and ocean protection.

This year’s programme includes 3 days of workshops, conferences, discussions, performances and much more. Don’t miss this opportunity to think about the future of the planet and its oceans.
There’s good news for 2025: explorer Jean-Louis Étienne is doing us the honour of sponsoring this year’s event, which promises to be an exceptional one! A tireless defender of the planet, he will be presenting his Polar POD ocean expedition on Thursday 15 May.
The annual Weather Meet Up is back, bringing together weather enthusiasts and the simply curious from several French-speaking countries. It’s a day specially dedicated to weather and climate, with the emphasis on meeting people and talking about a shared passion. On the programme: fire & ice, floods, artificial intelligence, new technologies, come and chat with scientists, experts, weather presenters and journalists right in the heart of a place that is emblematic of the climate.
Committed personalities will take part in discussion sessions and tell you their stories: from polar expeditions to new careers, this will be the inspiring moment of the year!
This year, for the first time, artistic performances will be taking place at the forum, with exhibitions and shows focusing on the ecological transition, mixing reflection with emotion to awaken awareness.
The event has been awarded the ‘La mer en commun’ label and is part of the ‘Year of the Sea’ initiative, which aims to raise public awareness of maritime issues. Plastic pollution, global warming and marine biodiversity will be in the spotlight during #FIMC2025.
