A successful 2024 Media Workshop!
Hosted by EUMETSAT from June 20 to 22, 2024, the Media Workshop was attended by 478 participants (in-person and online), representing 74 countries.

Organized as part of the International Weather and Climate Forum since 2004, the Media Workshop brings together Weather Presenters from all around the world and representatives from international organisations working in Weather, Climate, Environment, Ocean and Earth Observation fields.

The 21st edition of the International Weather and Climate Forum returns by next Spring with 3 highlights for the general public and professionals!
The exhibition for the General Public will be held at the Académie du Climat from 31st of May to 1st June. This event is open to everyone.
The international Symposium for professionals will be held at the Académie du Climat on 31st of May. On the agenda: the socio-economic impacts of drought.
The Media Workshop will be hosted by EUMETSAT (Darmstadt, Germany) from 20th to 22nd of June. Weather presenters from 74 countries will discuss how climate change is dealt with within the media.
